Operation Prevent Road Rage Sticker #3

Seems like a lot of people forget how to merge and that EVERYONE benefits when we do it properly. The HOW: It's simple- 1 vehicle at a time. You go, I go, he goes, she goes.. Left lane, right lane (or right lane, left lane.. whatever). The takeaway here is that when we all know how to merge- AND DO IT CORRECTLY - it really can help ease traffic congestion (and some mental frustration!). Ever seen 3 cars try to all merge in the path of one car in the adjacent lane? Imagine what would happen if each car merged one at a time when it was their turn.. I foresee traffic flowing as it should and not stopped longer than it would be because 1) each car waits their turn to merge as traffic starts to move and 2) the vehicle in the inbound lane actually lets the one merging car in front of them, and the car behind them does the same, etc... Are you picking up what I'm putting down? Cool. It works. I promise.
