The custom fabrics can be purchased by the swatch, quarter, or the yard. The fabrics are printed with non-toxic, eco friendly inks, with great clarity and a soft finish that will not fade over time or in the wash. To help you choose, here is a list of features and best uses of each fabric type: Combed Cotton - its tight weave makes it durable, the natural fibers keep it lightweight and breathable. Ideal for clothing, primarily shirts, dresses and skirts. Good for quilting or appliqué. Great choice for projects like pouches, pillows, doll clothes, plush toys, costumes. Pima Cotton - is an upgrade to basic combed cotton. Is durable, soft and ultra-plush. Perfect for items people will be sleeping on or wearing, like clothing, pillows, and bedding accents. Cotton Twill - sturdy, versatile fabric made from natural cotton fibers. Good choice for heavier apparel like pants, coats, jackets, and aprons. Good fabric for creating things that will get a lot of wear, like a bag, backpack or fabric belt. Also a classic, sophisticated option for upholstery and home décor such as drapes, curtains, pillows, and table linens. Polyester Poplin - extremely wrinkle-resistant, durable fabric for making tote bags, backpacks, purses, pouches, upholstery, outdoor pillows and play mats. Polyester Weave - more delicate alternative to Poly Poplin, this wrinkle-resistant fabric has a visible woven texture that gives it a linen or burlap look while retaining a softer poly feel. Great for table cloth, Christmas tree skirt, window dressing or throw pillow. Ivory Linen - a natural, breathable fiber that resists wear, dirt (pet owners and parents, take note) and static.
