A great laugh for any church musician actually; the words "It's time to de-cipher this" are a play on words since a cipher is when a note will not stop sounding on an organ. This is something that all organists dread happening to them. So a bright yellow (you can change the colour actually) wall clock with thus joke on it would be the perfect present for any church musician.
