This is a simple fourfold Islamic geometric pattern. In this tessellation there are no star like patterns, but the tessellation is formed by what people call arrows. An example where you can find this design is in the stucco mihrab of Uljaytu of the Friday Mosque of Isfahan, Iran. Or on Ottoman blue ware of the 16th-century.
The colors are red, white and blue. It is from an example I found on the internet and I liked.
