I wish I could say I didn't have a problem with this order, but in a way I'm glad that I did. I ordered my Otterbox iphone case in the "Berry" color to go with the orchids, however I received a black case. (See photos) . I notified Zazzle of this in an 11pm Saturday night email. I had a response at 2 am Sunday and the new case by Tuesday! And I was instructed to keep the black case because was it determined to be a Zazzle error. Wow! Color has always been a concern to me. As primarily a laptop user I know the slightest change in the screen viewing angle makes a big difference in the image. In this case the Berry color looked like it would work with the Orchid photo on my screen. The reality is that the colors are spot on. You can see a bit of reflection in the top upper right side of the berry photos below, but that's just my camera- The image is excellent. I am a long term customer and will remain so!
