'Our Lady of the Rosary' by Jenny McLaughlin Poster
I was inspired to draw and paint this image whilst learning to pray the Holy Rosary. It is an image of Our Lady, in a beautiful rose garden in Heaven, holding the Holy Rosary, there are some Cherubs and the Holy Spirit appears as a Dove. Our Lady is showing us that when we pray the Holy Rosary, this can help us with all our troubles.
The project has been a personal devotional artwork; my way to say thank you for all the prayers Mother Mary has answered in my life and the help Our Lady has given me. I would also like to thank Margaret and her Great Niece for assisting me with the face of the Cherub in the foreground. I would also like to thank all my friends at the Art Club at the Hub, South Shore Blackpool for all your encouragement as I worked on this artwork, you are all such wonderful people. I was given a small budget to decorate a free clinic. I ordered many of the posters from Zazzle because I could select various sizes that fit frames we could re-purpose. The quality of the printing is fine and there's a wide selection of subjects and styles to choose from. The paper quality on most of the items I ordered was decent. For some reason, though, the Ibis poster on "Perfect Poster (Glossy Finish)" is on very flimsy paper. It'll look fine when framed, but I would upgrade the paper choice if I did this over again. The image quality, colors, and printing quality were fine -exactly what I expected.

I love this calendar! The colors are rich and beautiful and the weight of the paper is perfect. It's not too thin. I hung it with a bit of double-sided tape and it lays flat to the wall. It looks great in my kitchen. It's perfect. The printing is bright and the colors are perfect.
