The total experience of ordering and receiving the bag were excellent and even better than expected. The bag was a congratulations gift for a friend that quit smoking. She has a Frenchie and loves anything to do with them. The picture on the bag looks very much like her dog so she absolutely loved it. It is really special and very good quality. This is so adorable that I gave it to my sister right away. It is her dog on the front and when she saw it I just knew I had to gift it to her. She loves it, we all love it, the quality and color is excellent. She has used it every day since. Looks great, nice and even with good color on the background, very much what I wanted.
