The design was easy to do with a number of options both the hat style, color and so forth. These aren't some printed letters, these are the real deal stitching. The two hats arrived quickly. Awesome cap! We have ordered these before from Zazzle. The color is true to the photo. We love that they are adjustable. It can be a challenge to find a hat that fits my husband. "One size fits all" does not usually fit him. Plus, I can wear these hats, too. The embroidery turned out better than expected. The colors matched what we expected but the lettering turned out better than shown in the photo example. (The "Portland, OR" seemed a little chunky but it looks great in real life!)
