It's absolutely gorgeous. The detailed design and subtle colors on this classic white mug are exactly as pictured. This mug, as are all Zazzle mugs I've purchased, is sturdy. I've run it through my dishwasher several times and the colors have not faded. I have already and will again purchase classic white mugs for myself and as gifts. No customization was done on this mug, but overall quality was exceptional.
