I’m a huge fan of Zazzle’s customer service. I originally ordered my save the dates on matte paper since that was advertised as their best selling paper. I didn’t think too much of it. When I received them, the full front photo just appeared dull and I was not happy with the final product. I was able to get a full refund, and re-ordered them on glossy paper and I am so much happier with the product! If you are printing photos, I highly recommend the glossy paper for a crisper print job. .
