I drew these furry friends over the years as part of my Deadbeat Club comics. Lately I've been doing a lot of digital art and some painting with gouache, but as I selected these drawings for this calendar, I remembered how much fun it is to draw with the simplest art tools: pen and ink. Before purchasing, I contacted Naomi about the recommended size and layout. She recommended the single page so that the front cover will look right. She also recommended either the small or medium size. I purchased the medium size calendar, single page layout per month, and I love it! The photos are beautiful! I understand that the smaller size is 11" x 7" and I wanted something larger than that. The medium size measures 16.5" x 10.75". The images look great!
