Ordered this as a gift and it came out terribly. I ordered a white mug but it had a yellowish/grayish tint to it. The design (which only had to be black and white) was not dark enough. It was on a grayscale. Look terrible and couldn't give this as a gift. I asked to exchange. Was given a refund (minus shipping charges). Would not order from this company again. Very poor quality.
