You MUST HIGHLIGHT and 3 layers BEFORE YOU MOVE THEM. While holding down the shift key...click each of the 3 letter layers. If they are all BLUE..you are ready to move the initial. While holding CTRL...use your arrow keys to move ..tap ... the initial up down left right...whatever it takes.
