The product i ordered was great but the tracking needed some improvement. It came a day later than what the tracking had said and when I ask a question it didnt really give me any update. In the future a better tracking system could be used. Overall I am very happy with the product! The printing was very legible I do however wish he personalized name would have been printed a little larger.
