Personalized American Star Embroidery Embroidered Baseball Cap

The Cap design is just perfect, the way I like it. the quality is solid, the only thing is, I ordered a Black cap and got a Blue one. I have ordered 10 caps so far and more will come. The embroidery was just as I wanted, I was able to adjust the design before I ordered and it came out perfect. I love this company. only that I asked for Black and was sent a Blue cap.....with the high level of CS that Zazzle provides I am sure you will take care of this ASAP. More orders will follow. JBee

I love the cap it is almost exactly what I ordered. I order Black but it came deep blue. I did not have a chance to respond until now. can you send me the 'black cap' I ordered? I love the Caps I ordered. the Embroidery IS Excellent and I plan to order more. But I did ask for Black and got a Blue Cap.

I was skeptic at first and decided to order just one. I was taken by the quality of the hat and embroidery stitch. Definitely one of my favorite hat. I will definitely be ordering more. Someone just claimed the hat for themselves. I have to get one for the rest of the staff! The embroidery is perfect. I initially was skeptic because i have seen some embroidery work where the thread follows over giving it that cursive look. That was not what i wanted. It is very clean and sharp.
