Personalized Dog Feeding Chart Magnetic Dry Erase Sheet

Extremely frustrated with my order! As you can see the image is mis aligned. They gladly offered a replacement and expedited shipping. Came in the mail and it’s the same thing, mis aligned. I asked for refund and new item since it’s now been such an inconvenience and they denied. I could only choose one or the other. Since I got a second magnet in the first order that was completely fine I really just wanted the correct item as I’d only have half of my pets. I only agreed for a replacement if they put it through quality check and can you guess what happened next? BOOM the same mis aligned image a third time. I now have three incorrect magnets. This is such a waste of if product, time and money. How can someone allow this to happen? Completely unacceptable .
