The navy blue background has a diagonal stripes pattern of dashes in purple, yellow, blue, and white with a variety of circle shapes mixed in among the dashed lines in neon green, yellow, hot pink, orange, burgundy, and white with an orange and burgundy band across the top with a white and light blue circle overlay that is personalized with your name in hot pink and your monogram in yellow.
