Quality is great. The tag is printed on both sides which is a nice touch. I asked for tags with our name and some without. The tags without a name arrived with a wrong name. They were replaced, but with someone else's order. The third time, the tags were correct. Worth the trouble, but if I hadn't ordered other items before, I would probably have given up on Zazzle.
