I called Zapple and spoke with Ben, I was very pleased with the service ... even came 2 days sooner. The blanket was thin, not plush like one might see in a department store at this time of year. The color and appearance was great, just disappointed with the weight of the blanket..... summer use not winter in Iowa. Your customer service was great! Thanks Ben. Color and print were spot on .
