Top Quality - I'd buy again. Light gray thread on Gray hat is very hard to see. The image online made it look different and the reason I ordered. It was a gift and they loved it regardless and it went with the "wingman" t-shirt also presented.

The design was easy to do with a number of options both the hat style, color and so forth. These aren't some printed letters, these are the real deal stitching. The two hats arrived quickly. I've used Zazzle in the past for shirts a number of times and this is the first time for a hat. Zazzle is absolutes the best in every respect; customer service, product selection and results. The embroidery was just right. My artwork was turned into a professional look thanks to Zazzle.
