It makes sense given that it was shipped, but I was not expecting to have to assemble the product. The material is a thick foam cardboard that lays flat and has double-sided tape for assembly. This may have been listed somewhere in the description that I missed. So my surprise was likely due to my ignorance than the fault of the creator. The printing was great, just as pictured.

Go purchase now. While it's not canvas material it's a large (24x36 I bought), thick, & quality poster board. It transforms into a box border frame all in one that saves you money & time on framing & can be hung right away. This was perfect for my wedding. Brought me to tears to see the final products (I bought 3). Thanks zazzle.com and the designer. Definitely will order these in the future.
