I've always loved the PF Chang horses that stand outside the restaurant, and in my research found they are in all of PF Chang's restaurants. I used the tilt-shift technique to make this photo I took appear to be that of a miniature model. With this technique, you make the colors more vibrant, as though the model were painted. A great way to show your love of Kansas City with a unique photo you may not find anywhere else.
