Have not given as gift yet so haven't washed in dishwasher. Product appears as in photo and seems as if will be very durable. Quality is good. Only flaw seems to be slight rough spot in finish on body of mug inside handly; though hardly visible, slightly rough to the touch. Product is as expected. Image quality is great. Exactly as photo. Company info right under the chick is too small to read clearly if you want customers to know company name.

The design is gorgeous and I love the ability to customize the colors of the mug. I chose the two-tone mug with maroon to complement the design of the flowers and love how it turned out. I only wish I had made the handle colored too (the "combo" mug). Perfect gift for any occasion! The colors of the mug were gorgeous and the print was a decent quality. There was a little speck of gold that didn't print in big block letter of the name but I don't mind. I bought the item on sale (<$10) and for the price I paid I thought the quality was reasonable.
