This is a traveling veterinary medicine case, for that vet on the go. What they did, what it was used on, or if people used it too (medicine in the past was very versatility), is not known. What is known is that it was very elegant to look at, with charming bottles, all of which were probably hard to open, because I see no corkscrew. I'm willing to bet that on more than one occasion that cork broke in the middle.
