We ordered these 10 days prior to the funeral and opted for one business day shipping. They were delayed in processing, and not sent expedited shipping. I received a tracking number and information indicating delivery the day AFTER the funeral. When I called customer service, I was told that all they could do was refund the cost of shipping. They offered to reprint the order, but they could not expedite the printing and the order would not be ready to ship until the day of the funeral (four days from now)- which means they would not be here in time. They suggested I contact the USPS for more details.
This was the ONE thing we were actually happy about during this terrible time. Instead, this is now a NIGHTMARE. Do not order these if you have any sort of deadline. I can't say because I haven't received them. I am sure it will be wonderful to receive 100 of them days AFTER the funeral.
