I never received my package, i ordered awhile ago and now just says " available for pick up" not sure why. i had placed my adress and all information needed, yet never came. Christmas came and went already and unfortunately I was stuck not having those cards for my love ones. I just would love to get a refund and put this behind me. Never got to see the finish touch unfortunately

My white and black dog somehow ended up looking more tan and there's an overall tan tint to the whole photo. Not nearly the same quality (or color) as the photo I uploaded. There are also white specks all over the photos only some of which I've been able to pick off. The backs have ink smears on them. For almost $30 including shipping and only 10 cards I'd expect better quality. .
