Tulle Fabric Design I created this version with a transparent background texture, so you can change the color to whatever works for your theme. To do so, find the "customize" button or "edit using the design tool" and click on layers. For each layer, click on the background color to select the desired color. If you have a color that is not pictured, click the box with the + symbol to select or input a custom color. Recently used colors should show in any related products you buy from my store or elsewhere. Customize the details to fit your needs.
