I accidentally put the wrong zip code on my shipping address. When tracking the package it was being sent back and forth between post offices for over a week. The post office and UPS were of no help. I called customer service and without a hesitation he overnighted a new order free of charge. We received the invitations just in time to send out and have a great party. The invitations looked great. No complaints at all!

The card was great. I love ability to include information on back and that there is a follow through from front of card. The card stock was just as described. Colors of gold, pink and accents were great. The color showed up perfectly on the card. Nothing was overpowering. The pineapple graphic made it perfect of my Hawaiian theme
