I failed to read the product description correctly and was disappointed it is a sticker and not printed on the cooler itself, but still love it

This has become the new hot item to receive as an incentive for hitting goal at our company. So much that we ran our best record EVER last week. One out of the box got damaged in transit and customer care helped m out and got a replacement sent right over without any issues. Amazing customer service without having to spend hours on the phone or transferring between dept., it took about 3 emails and voilà ! The printing was crystal clear and not pixelated
