What was perfect? Everything from the ordering & product description to the shipping to my satisfaction. My granddaughter had just graduated to a yellow belt in karate, so the ornament was extremely special. She loved it as did her parents, who were blown-away by its appropriateness. Again, everything was perfect & as described. Loved the website's allowing me to see an actual representation of the ornament. However, it was even better "in person".
