Pipe organ tie

The tie was better than I hoped - the colours were so vivid and the image centered and placed perfectly. When wearing the tie, it looked great on my husband (for whom I bought it), and he was thrilled as it showed his precious Christchurch town hall Rieger organ that we have temporarily lost due to earthquakes in Christchurch. To have the image on a tie is a way of reminding people - and other organ fans - that we haven't forgotten our instrument, even after 13 months waiting to hear of its fate. Couldn't be better, I don't think; bright, clear and focused . The blacks were black too. Most impressed.

So far, so good. Looks like this is not going to get too bent too quickly. Having a white back to the tie means you have to be careful to knot it "just so" - in such a way that a small white strip is not visible. I have had no problems managing that however. Loving it - it's my new favourite tie! Really good reproduction of a photograph.

You guys did a good job repelicating what the Rieger organ looks like. Very tasteful. It looks like the organ we both have had the privelege to perform and practice on.
