Plain Blue/Aqua > Kitchen Clocks

First of all the product was late for my wife's birthday which I had ordered in plenty of time for it's arrival. I called twice and I was told it was coming, but no one at Zazzle could tell me of its whereabouts until the second call and at that point they told me it would arrive in a day or so. So why could someone not track it the first time I called?? As I did not call the first time until I allowed the stated amount of time for delivery. Well when it did arrive I was disappointed that an "illuminated" clock does not mean a "lighted" clock...and the room I had intended to put the clock in, is a darker room and I needed a "lighted" clock. I guess this was really my fault in believing an "illuminated" clock meant a "lighted" clock. This is my first time buying from Zazzle and will be my last! And so that you do know that I did like one part of my purchase, the custom picture on the clock was perfect, but then how could it not be...it was my picture that I submitted to be used. Just glad this wasn't the only gift I gave my wife for her birthday! Sign me....Disappointed in Raleigh. Very good, no complaints....but it was the picture that I submitted which was good quality.

It arrived on time and in good condition and it works. Zazzle has been great to work with. I have no complaints at all. I loved that the product turned out as expected!

Great price for a very nice product. Arrived a day early - unheard of these days. The outside gold area has a little more orange tone to it than shown in the picture. Great packing so product can't get damaged. I used the same packing to forward the clock to my brother and sister-on-law for the 50th wedding anniversary. Printing was just as expected - lovely!
