1902 - The Beach Land Company was founded, bought a ton of land from Mesmer, and named this place Playa del Rey. 112 years ago. July 16th - BLC sold their first property here. 1904 - The year Frank Lawton opened our Post Office at Playa Station. Los Angeles Pacific Electric RR - Before the P.E. and before the Red Cars. CA was abbreviated Calif. back then and there were no zip codes until many decades later.

The shirt is good quality and fits just fine, but the colors of the printing are not as bright as in the sample photo. Not the best. The colors are a lot brighter in the sample photo; when I received the shirt they appeared faded. The red looks a little more pink and the blue is a lot lighter. N.B. I did not wash the shirt yet.
