    About This Design

Pluto & Charon 9th or Dwarf Planet Solar System Shot Glass

Pluto & Charon 9th or Dwarf Planet Solar System Shot Glass

Pluto and its largest moon, Charon, are an intriguing duo in the far reaches of our solar system. Nicknamed a "double dwarf planet system" because of Charon's unusual size relative to Pluto (nearly half its diameter), they are locked in a cosmic dance where they eternally face each other, creating a mesmerizing slow ballet in the Kuiper Belt. - This file is in the public domain in the United States because it was solely created by NASA. NASA copyright policy states that "NASA material is not protected by copyright unless noted".

    Shot Glass
I created these shot glasses as part of a goodie bag for my 30th birthday trip and these were amazing. Only issue I had was that the company double printed the same one twice and forgot one but it’s being resolved! .

I love how these turned out using my image and being able to clear the background, leaving only the outline. Great addition to small Christmas gifts for colleagues. The printing is clear and precise.

The shot glasses I received were unreadable. I spoke with Customer Service and they promised a new set of much cleaner shot glasses in a very short period of time. I have since received two notices that there is a lengthy delay in making the replacement shot glasses, but when finished they will be shipped in a single day. Currently, I am not holding my breath. The left shot glass in the photo was from a batch I ordered in March 2023. The one on the right was one of the dozen I received late July 2024.
