Pomegranate flowers canvas print

I ordered a canvas print of my photograph to have for display at a photo show my husband and I are having soon. The original had the front look good, but the back looked like it was slapped together hastily. I contacted customer support and they said they would send a corrected image. While the second canvas received did look more professional in the back, it was of an artwork I had never seen before so I had to contact customer support again. They apologized for the inconvenience and said they would send a new one which they did. The third one turned out great on both the front and back. Customer service was excellent in correcting their mistakes. The only reason I am giving the product 3 stars is because of taking three tries to have the product look professional on both the front and back. I have included pictures of the back of the first canvas and the front and back of the correct canvas since only three photos are allowed (I left the protective plastic on it on purpose when I took the pictures). The printing was good on the first and third canvas (I don't know about the second one since I had never seen that artwork before so I don't know what it was supposed to look like).

Very impressive product! The canvas is sturdily made. It features a saw tooth hanger on the back, making it easy to "try out" the canvas in several rooms until I found the best location. It attracts good comments from my friends. I love it! The printing is wonderful! Colors are as bright and crisp as they appeared on the website.

I ordered this product to see what the quality was because I am selling it on my store. Plus it was on sale and it was an excellent price! I didn’t expect it to be as nice. It really is beautiful. I am relieved! The only thing I don’t like about it is the sawtooth hanger on the back. I prefer a wire hanging system. The sawtooth hanger was not even centered but I managed to hang it straight anyway. Overall I love it! I will add the wire myself. The printing was clear and crisp and the colors were excellent! The canvas was stretched tight and professionally done. I am very happy with the quality of the print!
