Ponte Della Paglia, Venice (1899) by Maurice Prendergast is a vintage post impressionism fine art mosaic like painting. There are boats in the harbor and an Italian flag is flying. The buildings have classic Italian architecture designs. A cityscape in Venice, Italy with crowds of people walking by the waterfront houses and a bridge that spans a Venetian canal. About the artist: Maurice Brazil Prendergast (1858-1924) was an American Post Impressionist artist who worked in oil, watercolor, and monotype. The style of his art had a mosaic like beauty.

The minute I spotted this item I knew I HAD to order these for my daughter's wedding for the Hotel Goodie Bags since the wedding was held at a vineyard. The quality is great and they were a little bigger than I expected but worked out and will be useful to the recipients to tote their books, papers, lunch etc for future use. The picture shows what we put inside to welcome our hotel guests. I was very satisfied with the printing on the tote and I liked I was able to choose the font and size for the bag.
