I bought one of these and loved it but lost it. So I ordered another. Unfortunately the new one leaked -- coffee dribbled down the side. Zazzle's return procedures are easy and user friendly, so another one is on its way and I am guessing it will be fine. But I'd be a whole lot happier if the one the just sent worked properly. This is not the first time that there has been something wrong with my order. On a previous order, 4 mugs came with the wrong color handle. Again Zazzle replaced them, but it would be nice if they could get it right the first time. So I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5. I think they need to improve quality control and make sure the products going out are ok. there was no print on this mug.

It is a lovely mug. The actual mug is shiny and smooth. Very nice quality. It was everything I expected. Zazzle has so many nice mid century modern designs to choose from. All so pretty! The design was very clear and looked expensive.
