Portrait of Adele Bloch-Bauer I (1903-1907) by Gustav Klimt is a vintage Victorian Era Symbolism fine art portrait painting. Portrait of Adele Bloch-Bauer I is also known as The Lady in Gold or the Woman in Gold. The portrait shows Adele Bloch-Bauer sitting on a golden chair in front of a golden starry background. She is wearing a jeweled choker and a tight golden dress in a triangular shape, made up of rectilinear forms. In some places the dress merges into the background so much so that she in the middle of a geometric scheme.
About the artist:
Gustav Klimt (1862-1918) was an Austrian Symbolist painter and one of the most prominent members of the Vienna Art Nouveau movement.

From the pictures we needed to replace two tiles that had the old toothbrush and soap dish and the tile guy said two tiles would have to be removed. The tiles were PERFECT! just a slight color difference to the naked eye but they match pretty darn good. Tile guy had to shave the back because the 1957 tile was thinner but as you can see it worked out great! We are elated over the moon happy, Thank you!
