El "Campo del Moro" es una gran zona ajardinada que se extiende frente a la fachada sur del Palacio Real de Madrid. Este jardín, de 20 hectáreas de extensión, se diseñó con la idea de salvar el gran desnivel existente entre el propio Palacio Real y el río Manzanares. Debido a la dificultad técnica de la obra y el coste de su ejecución, no fue hasta finales del S. XIX que pudo terminarse su construcción y ajardinamiento.
