Luke and I came up with the Pout Trout separately. Luke was seven when he made up his variant. He knew his trout was unhappy because he wanted a cupcake. Mine is a joke based on the plastic surgery disaster. Luke has a pervasive developmental delay, is currently 8 years old and almost 5 foot tall. He enjoys stuffed animals.
