Usually puppies encounter the newspaper in the form of a whack on the flank, delivered as punishment for some infringment of the rules. Not this puppy. He’s outsmarted his people by learning to read the paper, and keeping up on what’s going on in the world, and not just in his home or at the doggy daycare he goes to.
