Purple and White Stars, Bride tote bags

The bag is well made. It is lighter weight than I had thought it might be, but overall, pretty good quality. The colors look quite a bit darker in the picture than on the actual product. I would have preferred for the colors to look like they do in the picture.

I tried to return this item and have it replaced because they printed on the back which had an ink stain because there was a yellow drip stain on the front. I knew this because I ordered two bags, one for the mother of the bride and one for the mother of the groom. The one for the mother of the bride was a gift. I am the mother of the groom. Since they were personalized, there’s really nothing else they can be used for. I was assured I would have a replacement bag and receive a call back after I waited on the phone for an hour so as to not wait any longer. Well, the call never came and it has been several days. I also never got an email and there is nothing showing in my account. I’m so disappointed. I have done so much business with Zazzle.

I ordered these for my future flower girls with their names personalize. They came out great! The tote is a little more yellow than white in appearance. It took about 3 to 4 weeks to ship so please allow time for your order but this also could’ve been due to Covid. Excellent printing and fabric quality! The printing turned out great there were no mistakes! Everything exactly as shown!
