This item was bent and creased in delivery. I was told a new one would be here by May 23rd in time for my MIL memorial service. So I gave zazzle a great review for addressing my concers quickly. I wish I had not done that. It never made it here and shows it still sitting in the orginal shipping receiving location in IN. Very disappointed in the service and want a full refund. .

Overall the sign was awesome! Good quality was a little bummed that it got mashed in transport. The sign definitely has creases where the box got smashed. Had it not been squished it would have been great! .
