Quote from Ben Franklin T-Shirt

This T-shirt features a quotation from Benjamin Franklin about learning. Franklin was a man known for being involved in many fields of endeavor, from science to diplomacy. This quote about involvement leading to learning is a statement he took very seriously. In 1752, he flew a kite in a thunderstorm, to prove that there was electricity in lightning (he took proper precautions, although others didn’t and were electrocuted). On the front of this shirt it says “Go fly a kite!”, that is, get involved.
