Raccoon Close-Up Card

This juvenile raccoon bandit looks up from his lunch, mouth still open, to say hello. The photograph shows a close-up of his face snuggled between the furry gray sides of his mother and sibling. The little dark eyes twinkle out at you from the black mask that runs across his face, with white whiskers, like a cat's, standing out against the black. White stripes show above and below the eyes, and the black nose starts a vertical black stripe running up the forehead to the black head. His little black ears are outlined in white. One little dark forepaw, just like a hand, is at his mouth ready to pop in a bit of cat food. Against the blurred background are written the words, "Hi, There!" in white script. He and his family of Mom and two siblings have come for a hand-out at my sister's house in Ocean Shores, WA. Copyright Gail Storrs 2011.
