Picture and writing very clear! Excellent product perfect size. Would have given this a 5 but I didnt want my last name on back of it and it wasn't checked because" last name" was written on the back. We kept it anyway, it something we can laugh about when we put it up every year. I didn't call and complain about it or I am sure they would have fixed the problem. Figure it gives it character lol! Just wished they checked it before sending it.
