Rainbow Flower Wycinanki Minx Nails. Wycinanki is Polish means to cut out. Often done out of paper and sometime layered. My wife has even made sheets out of wheat straw and cut from that. I have done many versions of this one cutting. Find the one you like. I have placed all of them on black background but you could use any dark color for the background. That is done in the customize tool and be sure to change the background color for each hand.
