Raven Reusable Shopping Bag: It is widely believed that it was Charles II who ordered that the ravens within the Tower of London be protected lest the kingdom be placed at risk. He being firmly convinced that the tower would crumble and the monarchy fall should the ravens ever fully depart the tower area. Since that time the tower ravens have indeed been protected but the second world war saw the tower reduced to only one remaining raven. This caused Winston Churchill to request that a minimum of six ravens reside in the tower at all times. Since then a total of seven ravens are kept on site with the seventh being a spare should it ever be needed. Although the background to this Raven legend is hazy it is a superstition that persists today.

As soon as I saw this bag, I got very excited. These colors are so vivid. Great gift to give to dear friend or keeping it for yourself. The tote bag is very vivid. The print came out beautiful. I am very pleased with my order. To make the colors of the trees pop, I used white fabric paint on the trees.
