I hadn't ordered enough of the balls for my son and daughter-in-law's baby shower and paid extra for a rush order. The date I needed them by was not an option when re-ordering, so I contacted customer service and explained my plight. They couldn't guarantee an earlier delivery as they were dependent on shipping, but miraculously they arrived on time and I can't thank customer service enough for rushing the order through for me. This product was amazing quality! My boyfriend loved it so much he cried it was so sweet. I wish the picture and print was a little bigger but I’m not disappointed at all! He won’t be actually using them because he loves them too much to lose them. Definitely worth the buy, I might get more just so he has them! The printing was excellent. Again I wish it was bigger but it was great quality especially for the price!
