Red Cloud Card
Photograph taken ca. 1905. Red Cloud, Mahpiua Luta, was a famed war chief of the Iteshica ("Bad Faces") band of Ogalala Sioux. He fought fiercely in the 1860's to retain rights to hunting lands along the Powder River. Red Cloud later turned from fighting to negotiation, fearing further war would mean extinction of his people. He died in 1909 on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota.

I was searching high and low for an invitation that went with a fire theme (account my mom wants 70 real live burning candles on the cake) surprise birthday party. I found these and couldn’t buy them quick enough! They far exceeded my expectations! One word of caution is that they default to matte so if you want glossy finish you have to manually select it. I only changed where the 2 clip art pics were located to make space for the text. I even used the default font for the design. Comes with nice white envelopes that don’t need the upgrade.
